Limeade Green Smoothie to beat sugar cravings!

If you don’t already have a plan for your green smoothie of the day, here is one to try:

Limeade Green Smoothie

1 lime, with skin cut off (a little white is okay)
1 small organic apple, seeded and quartered
1 organic celery stalk
3 leaves of organic kale (discard stem)
2 cups water
1 packet stevia or to taste

If
you don’t have a strong blender, you might want to juice the lime instead of blending it whole.
Add your water to the blender
and then gradually add the greens and fruit, blending a bit at a time.
If you have thyroid issues, use romaine lettuce instead of the kale.
Sometimes I like to add ice cubes for a slushier texture – your choice!
