Here are some yummy examples of raw chocolate available from Chocosol. This is just one of the myriads of companies dispensing all things raw at the Whole Life Expo this year. I saw lots of kale chips and dehydrated snack goodies as well.
The vendors (click here for more information about their socially responsible cacao) of this particular delight were particularly charming and enthusiastic about their product – apparently, their fudge balls are to “live” for (as opposed to “die” for since the chocolate is raw)! The little taste I experienced was certainly amazingly delicious and as soon as my adrenals allow me to indulge, I will definitely seek out this “beyond fair trade” company for some goodies.
