There was a Large Peanut Butter Cookie that had "my name on it" at a meeting I attended today. I gave in.
Does going to the gym make up for that?
Well, confession is good for the soul and working out may balance things out a little, healthwise, if you work out hard 🙂 We all slip up from time to time so don't beat yourself up, just get back on the sugar free wagon right away 🙂
