The above list of anti-cancer foods is taken from a lecture about anti-angiogenic therapy entitled, “Can We Eat to Starve Cancer?” by Dr. William Li.
We are treating cancer too late in the game. We need to prevent angiogenesis in cancer by looking at the causes. Diet accounts for 30-35% of environmentally caused cancers. We often think about what we ought to strip away to improve our health, but instead, Dr. Li looks at what to ADD to the diet to starve cancer.
Take note that french fries, burgers and coke are not on that plant-based list – however, good news for some of us – CHOCOLATE is!
