There are even a few formulas for personal care, such as deodorant and tooth whitener! I love all the colorful photographs and extra information as well. The recipes are drool-worthy and not too complicated to prepare. I have my eye on the UnShepherd’s Pie and Veggie Chow Mania!
If you want to eat better, but really don’t know how to prepare delicious, whole foods, this book is a great place to start! The recipes are vegan (although Meghan, disliking labels would never say that), but there are options for both plant and Paleo people.
