Mimi Kirk is great example of the benefits of eating a healthy vegetarian diet. She also has a wonderful, positive attitude! She is currently eating a mostly raw vegan diet. I think good genes are probably a big factor here too. She says the only cosmetic procedure she uses is bleach, so she is an all natural beauty and certainly looks at least a couple of decades younger than her age!
