Saturday was overcast, but the rain held off for this beautiful, garden baby shower for Rachel, brilliantly executed by Lisa, Sara and Natasha.
The fantastic cake, created by Lisa, was lemon flavor and absolutely delicious and the delicate, pastel french macarons, made by Natasha, were unbelievably good! I am still on sugar overload and need to detox, but it was worth every bite.
The girls made all the decorations themselves and can you believe those peonies are made of paper? The centerpieces featured decorated mason jars filled with foil-wrapped chocolates plus peonies, candles and a little bird on a silver tray – very cute!
Everything looked wonderful and Rachel received tons of cute and useful baby items for her daughter, Jade, due in three weeks.
