This dish was really delicious!
I made the “pasta” with a peeler I bought at a trade show – 3 for $25. I purchased two regular peelers (one for my mom) and one that juliennes the vegetables.
Next purchase: A spiralizer – these nifty gadgets make a very long noodle!
