Mimi Kirk Shares Her Secrets to Longevity and Staying Young on Raw Food

Yesterday, I walked for an hour while listening to this great interview with the lovelyLink and inspirational Mimi Kirk, who will soon turn 73!

Some of her tips for staying young include: having a good attitude, starting the day with green juice and eating as much raw food as possible. She describes how she came from a family of 7 siblings, but only 3 remain. Her two sisters still both have suffered from cancer take lots of pills. Mimi did not want to go that route, so after beginning to experience some health issues, like arthritis and weight gain, she tried raw as an experiment with her daughter for one week and loved it so much she decided to continue. As a result, she lost all her excess weight and began to feel absolutely great with no more pain from arthritis. Her boyfriend and daughter also lost weight from adding more raw food to their diet.
